This Aluminium Profile Super System Intelligent Workstation adopts the Sytech control system.

Equipped with CAM software programming. Have a perfect window operation interface.

Profile feeding and unloading adopt full servo control. Fast and accurate.

Equipped with a standard clamping system.

Whole-length profile loading, automatic feeding, automatic cutting, laser drilling, automatic unloading, automatic label print and stick.

An incomplete profile could be used again, to improve the utilization rate of the profile.

This Aluminium Profile Super System Intelligent Workstation is Equipped with a four-side drilling spindle.

It can realize the locking box (with base or without base) of the sash profile and floor drain-type holes.

Double laser head focus on automatically. Do not need to manually adjust focus duet to different profile wall thickness.

Laser drilling has the advantages of high speed, high precision, lower noise, less aluminum scrap, and good surface finishing.

It can complete all the mullion processing technologies, such as profile optimization, cutting, laser drilling, end milling, and reinforcement mullion cutting.
