CNC Double Head Curve Saw Description
This machine is used for aluminum, UPVC profile cutting.
The saw head could change automatically between 45 and 90 degrees.
The cutting size is controlled by the high precision servo motor. The guide rail uses Taiwan HIWIN which could guarantee the convey accuracy and positioning accuracy.
The right head could move to the set position automatically.
The right head could feed the profile automatically. So it could cut the corner connector and ultrashort profile.
The machine adopts a completely Japanese control system. Including PLC, servo motor, servo driver, touch screen, photoelectric switch. Easy to operate and work stable, reliable.
The saw blade feeding system adopts circular arc motion with high accuracy and stability.
The protective cover could automatically open and close along with the saw blade feeding.
The machine has a label printing function (option).
